Refund Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return your sofa.
To be eligible, it needs to be unused and in resaleable condition, in its original packaging where possible.
To start a return, email us at support@tryzenwool.com with your order number. We'll confirm and book a pickup. Please don't ship it back before we've approved the return.
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the pickup cost. We'll quote you the amount before booking anything and deduct it from your refund. Original shipping isn't refundable.
If your sofa arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the pickup.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships.
